Our nine-week meal plan is perfect for someone who is seeking more structure with their ketogenic diet. This particular plan is customized just for YOU. Customization occurs by calculating macros/calories based upon current weight to help you reach your identified goals. We can tailor the meal plan for any dietary restrictions, as well as OMAD (one meal a day) and/or IF (intermittent fasting).
The biggest advantage of this meal plan is the simplicity of the meals involved. Don’t worry, you won’t have to spend hours in the kitchen with the meals provided! Most meals included require 4 or less ingredients.
Once the meal plan has been purchased, you will receive a questionnaire via email, to help personalize the meal plan to your needs. This helps us to understand what is motivating you, any allergies and/or dietary restrictions, and your wants for the meal plan. This is the time for you to determine if there are any foods you want included in your plan, to think of a goal weight, and determine your goals for this exciting beginning.
