These are simple three to five ingredient meals. No recipes or hard to find ingredients. All our plans are structured to fit your lifestyle. This is not just another recipe book, this is a simple style of eating that will allow you to maximize results.
We provide you with meals to add volume to your plate all while eating foods you enjoy that are customized to your individual macros. We track our meals with total carbs to give you maximum weight loss in the quickest time.
The plan will be customized to your individual needs based on a questionnaire you receive after you purchase the program. The plan will have your individualized macros/average calories all laid out for the nine weeks as well as a daily breakdown of all the calories per meal and per day.
The twelve week plan comes in three phases, so you get three meal plans and three sets of macros instead of the one that comes with the nine week plan. Also you get weekly check in’s via email that is only included in the 12 week plan!
Macros are the daily calories you can have per day to maximize your success and are figured out based off what you fill out for the questionnaire. These will be individualized to your needs.
To be upfront, no matter what someone tells you, there is no guarantee you will lose weight on any dietary plan you are following. There are a lot of factors in losing weight in which can cause this.
However that being said the average weight loss we have seen on the plan is about 3 lbs per week. You will lose more weight the first week if you are new to the ketogenic lifestyle and depending on how much weight you have to lose can determine that amount that will be lost.
Everyone is different and some people lose weight really quickly while others take a bit longer to lose weight.
Good news! They are not crazy recipes but 3-5 ingredient foods that will cost you about 50-60 dollars a week in your grocery bills depending how your plan is customized. This plan is all about simple meals, making meals in bulk and finding what works best for your lifestyle. You will not be in the kitchen for hours making the meals. Simplicity is key on this plan!
Since the meal plan has your macros included and all the weights of the meals measured out for you, it is best if you track with an app like CarbManager or MyFitnessPal and weigh out your foods with a food scale. Remember you don’t have to track like this forever but the more strict you are at first, the faster your results will come!
There is a questionnaire that you will get to make the plan customized to your needs. There are two questions that will ask if you are allergic to any foods and if there are any foods you don’t want included. The more information you fill out on the questionniaree the more customized your plan will be.
The customized twelve week meal plan costs a one time fee of 97 USD dollars. We want to make the plan affordable for you to maximize your success but do understand each plan is customized to you and take time to make.
Once you purchase the plan you will get a questionnaire to fill out. Once you fill out the form you will get your plan emailed directly into your inbox within 24-48 hours after the questionnaire has been completed.
The questionnaire email will be sent right after you purchase. You should receive a confirmation email as well. If you did not get the email please check your junk folder. If you have still not received it please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will get you the questionnaire right away.
YES I do!! The more questions you have the better, don’t feel like I you can’t reach out to me along the way. Some individuals email me everyday while others don’t check in at all.
