Although Keto will in fact help you loose weight you still need to be in a calorie deficit In order for you to be most successful. That’s why it’s so beneficial to have your own food prepped, to not just be winging it. A lot of restaurant food and fast food have so many additives you just don’t don’t need and can often lead you into temptation of going “off plan” eating one desert won’t hurt me right? WRONG you’ll need to start all over again. Why go through that flu again when you don’t need to. 

Stick to your plan, be prepared and you will be amazed how good you will feel a week from now. Work for those compliments you’ll be getting a month from now.
